Why does Instagram keep asking me to sign in with Facebook when I don't have a Facebook account?

Why is it that every time am trying to sign in to Instagram it keeps bringing Facebook whereas, i don't even have Facebook, i only need Instagram sign in

Instagram is owned by Facebook.
