Task Limits


We’ve reached our task usage limit for the month but our limit should reset in a couple of days. If we choose not to upgrade, what happens to the tasks that aren’t able to be completed right now? Will these tasks automatically update once our usage limit resets?

Hello! Great question - In your Task History, held tasks will behave like any other Task but with a new held status. You can use the Play Task action in the same way you can replay a Task that has stopped due to an error. You’ll also see more information about why your Tasks were held.

So once your limit resets, you can simply just play these tasks as normal. here’s a handy link which shows how it works:
