I’m trying to update hubsport stage when an id posted in MS Teams.
In the update deal step, can I get only the message content (without the <p> tag and create another format step)?

To extract message content from HTML tags in Zapier, use the “Formatter” tool. After setting an MS Teams trigger, add a “Formatter” step with the “Text” transform event and select “Remove HTML Tags” from the dropdown. Choose the field containing the message content to generate clean text for your HubSpot step. The Formatter tool is versatile, so feel free to experiment to achieve your desired outcome.

Can I format the text without add another step because I’m using the free version so I can create only 2 steps.

Unfortunately, you will need a formatter step to remove the <p></p> tags to format them since the data comes from the trigger step.
