Does anyone know why the zap isn't triggering?

Screen Shot 2020-02-21 at 10.19.21 AM.pngThis is the second client this is happening for. I onboarded them as a partner. I have admin access to ad account and page. For the first one I also made sure to have lead access. The leads are still not triggering from FB

Hi there! Facebook Lead Ads Zaps can be tricky because of all the permissions that you need to set up in Facebook. I recommend checking out the Zapier help guide for Facebook Lead Ads and making sure that you've got all the permissions listed there.

That help page also a guide to using the Facebook Lead Ads testing tool, which will help you to get a sample for the Zap.
