Hey everyone, 

I’m new to zapier, so anything helps

Im essentially looking to update a user field in zendesk when they submit a ticket in Zendesk.

 

Right now when a ticket is submitted i do this..

Customize User:

I want to insert USER ID of the person who submitted the ticket (not just a static ID)

Is it possible to get the ID of the submitter of the ticket?
