Squarespace form to Salesforce picklist

Hi Everyone!

I am having a problem with my zap where I have a form that has a picklist but when i submit it to Salesforce to an objest with a picklist it will not translate. The 2 different picklists have different vaues to help make it easier for the customer. Is there anyway to relate each picklist value directly to it’s corresponding salesforce ones?

For this you could create a Lookup table using the Formatter by Zapier app - here’s a help guide on how to do that.

Hi @crusso23

It should be!

On the Salesforce step, in the field where you’re trying to put the picklist value - is a text field or a dropdown? If it’s a dropdown, can you take a screenshot and show us?
