Hello what I need to do is to;
1) get an email with an attached file into a mail box
2) take this attached file and create another email and send it to another email address
3) all of this flow must be done by Cron

Sadly, you can't do that sort of granular scheduling with Zapier, so you might want to check out Integromat, which does:

This can definitely be done in Zapier, but what do you mean by "must be done by Cron"?
