Pardot integration and placing cookies

Hi there, I’m looking at using Zapier to connect LiveChat to Pardot. I can see it creates a new user in Pardot when they start a chat using LiveChat. But I’m wondering at what point it does this (ie. When they fill out the pre-chat survey?), and does it place a cookie on the user’s browser, like a Pardot form would? Any help is much appreciated!

HI @Ellen , based on this https://zapier.com/apps/livechat/integrations it seems like its when an actual chat conversation has started which I’m assuming would be after the survey. But I would just switch the zap on and test both scenarios to make sure. Not sure about the cookies though!
