Hi All

We want to be able to create a webex meeting from within Acuity OR use Acuity to pickup webex meeting links and load into Acutiy.

Has anyone successfully managed to do this before?

Thanks

Rebecca

Hi @RWeir!

A good place to start is this page showing all the triggers and actions available for Webex meetings and Acuity: https://zapier.com/apps/cisco-webex-meetings/integrations/acuity-scheduling

It looks like the closest to what you’re describing would be to trigger a Zap when there’s a new meeting in Webex meetings and then use that information to create a Blocked off Time in Acuity. Does that sound like it will do what you’re looking for? Here’s a link that will create a template of that Zap for you, so that you can get started: New meeting in Webex Meetings > Create Blocked of Tim in Acuity
