Hello,

I am trying to get multiple urls out of a text field.

For example the text would look like:

option 1: url

option 2: url2

However I don’t know how many options there are going to be! How do I get zapier to return all the urls and not just the first one?

Thank you

Hi there @katezap,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dive deeper, could you please send a screenshot on how the URLs are being sent to Zapier? This is for me to provide an accurate suggestion for this one.

While I’m waiting for the screenshot, have you tried using the Formatter by Zapier - Extract Pattern function? Then, you can use this REGEX code in the “Pattern” field: https?://[^\s]+

Please keep us posted! 😊

Hello,

the URLs are part of a text field from a contact in AC.

The Extract pattern successfully got all of the URL’s as separate items but now how do I send that to monday all as a single item without knowing how many urls there may be?

Hi @katezap

Which Monday action are you trying to use? (screenshots of your Zap steps)

This time there were two links but how will I account for if the next time there are 5 links?

@katezap

Try adding another step: Formatter > Utilities > Line Items to Text
