Question

Unable to create Association between HubSpot Contacts, Companies, and Deals

Hi!

I want to create the folllowing Zap:

If a new Contact and Company is being created, i want to create a deal associated to the company.

 

Trigger: New Company in Hubspot

2.-Create Deal in Hubspot (Deal Name: Company Name, other fields empty)

​​​​​​​3.-Create Association (Screenshot)

First ID: ID from the company

Second ID: ID from the Deal

 

Problem:

When I add the third step in the zap (Association) the others wont work any more.

I tested every single step and it worked, when i publish it it wont work

I looked at the screenshot, and it seems like you’re on the right track here. To test, could you please try triggering the Zap again and send me a screenshot of that Zap Run for me to check. Please don’t include/blur out any personal information in the screenshot.
