Does anyone else have the need to share availiblities over multi platforms?

We use Office 365, 8x8 and multiply other platforms as need to share availibly across all so coworkers are trying to get hold of someone that is on a call or mtg of another platform.

What are my options??

Hi @ianscott! If you want to sync across the different apps (so that if a time is update in one, it updates in another), that would be pretty tricky.

When it comes to syncing between apps, the difficulty is that you might end up creating a loop (eg one app is updated so it triggers a Zap, which updates the second app, which cause the first app to update again and so on).  I don’t think that 8x8 integrates with Zapier, so that’s going to hamper you as well.

You might have better luck if you choose one app as the ‘source of truth’ for all appointments/events/etc. For example you would have one calendar or app that contains all of the events from the other apps, you would then need to set up a sync (either using Zapier, all the built-in integrations of the other apps) where when you updated that app, it goes to the central calendar.

I hope that makes sense, let me know if you have any questions!

There are quite a few apps that have this functionality - If you want something more focused on general availability you can always use Doodle: https://doodle.com/en_GB/
