I had test get sample from my woocommerce. before 30min i succeed but now it failed. steps: create a zap(A) and paste hook address to woocommerce zapier feed. and successfully get sample. create another zap(B) and paste hook address to same woocommerce zapier feed. and successfully get sample. Return to my first zap(A)’s hook address to woocommerce zapier feed but it failed to get sample. zap(B)’s hook address is failed to get sample too. Perhaps, there are limit to get sample per hour? Or anything expected porblems??

I had test get sample from my woocommerce. before 30min i succeed but now it failed.

steps:

create a zap(A) and paste hook address to woocommerce zapier feed. and successfully get sample.
create another zap(B) and paste hook address to same woocommerce zapier feed. and successfully get sample.
Return to my first zap(A)’s hook address to woocommerce zapier feed but it failed to get sample.
zap(B)’s hook address is failed to get sample too.

Perhaps, there are limit to get sample per hour? Or anything expected porblems??

Check the sample - was it a real one, or just dummy data (Zapier offers dummy data to help you build with).

One thing you can do is click to pull in more samples, then place an order via WooCommerce while its searching - that should pull through.
