Multiple Choice Questions

I’ve added a couple of multiple choice questions to my lead capture form. I’ve never done that and trying to figure out how to capture those in my CRM setup

    Hi @CLL So that we have a better idea of how to help, could you please share some more details? Which CRM are you using? And which action is the CRM step? Does the CRM have a field to add the multiple choice data to? And if it does, could you take a screenshot of that looks like in Zapier? Thanks!
