We are trying to use docusign in sending contracts but we do not understand the information that are being ask. See the screenshot below:
How will we know if that is name, email address, price etc..? It’s just says Tekst……., how will we know what is that code all about?

Ah, it looks as though the ID number for the field might be being added to the field name.
Can you try editing the Data Labels for those fields in DocuSign directly? Then try refreshing the fields in the Zap to see if it’s then showing the correct names.
