Trying to pull data from Drip

Hey guys, I’m trying to create a Zap that will create a new order in Shipstation based on a Drip subscriber getting a specific tag.

I know how to set the trigger of a “New Subscriber Tag”.

And I’ve got a filter ensuring that it’s only going to continue if it’s a specific tag.

But, in the step for creating the order in ShipStation, it appears that I’m missing a lot of subscriber data from that Drip record.

I need to be able to pull their first name, last name, address, city, state and ZIP….but it appears that those aren’t options.

Am I missing something? Or is there a way to query this data from the Drip subscriber?

Hi Tony,

I just tried this out in our test account and I was able to get those fields to come through:

They showed up under Custom Fields. Have you turned your Zap on, or was this during testing that you were unable to see the fields you needed?
