got it working to a fashion was trying to create a 1 email a day list however it is sending an email for every payment, in a way this is much better

Welcome to the Community.
To set up a Zap that emails incoming Stripe payments as a table, create a new Zap in Zapier and select "Stripe" as the trigger app with "New Charge" as the event. Connect your Stripe account and test the trigger to confirm it works. Next, choose "Gmail" as the action app and set "Send Email" as the action. Connect your Gmail account and set up the email with HTML table formatting in the body to display payment details (for example, Payment ID, Amount, Currency). Test and activate the Zap to automatically receive an email with payment details whenever a new charge is created in Stripe.

it will only allow me to use payment id as trigger in about 4 attempts however i will try this today

its letting me do this i will let you know the outcome. i was wanting a list on new payments created that dayso each morning i can go through the names and put payment against booking ( maybe even another zap for that)
