Question

Receive SMS

T

I want to automate a process where I send a SMS to a group of people based on a specific event. 
One of those people has to answer and take care of that event.

A lot of the SMS Apps say they provide a service to send and receive SMS.

I tested now many of them...they all only allow sending of SMS.

I can only continue if I find a service that really is able to send to a group of people and receive also an SMS answer.

    I use Infusionsoft as my CRM and FixYourFunnel as the SMS platform. It is the combo that has this capability.

    Thanks a lot for the hint. Unfortunately FixyourFunnel is not a standalone App which can be selected when I build my Flow :(

    Not sure if you found a solution here, but if you find a good SMS app that isn’t on Zapier, here are your options.

    Have you checked out the Phone & SMS category of our app directory: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/phone

    If you click into some of those apps, then check the Integrations tab, you should be able to see if they can trigger on received messages:
