I CANT GET MY FB MESSAGES IN MY BOARD ON MONDAY

 

I DID ALLPROCESS AND WITH TEST THROUGH ZAPPIER, ALLA WORKS FINE AND NEW PULSES ARE CREATED WITH EACH PULSE(OR TICKET). BUT WHEN I DO IT WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT FB, WITH A TEST CHATT THEN DOESNT WORK. WHY?

Hi @VILFREDO I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with your Zap, let’s see if we can get to the bottom of things. 

 

WHEN I DO IT WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNT FB, WITH A TEST CHATT THEN DOESNT WORK. 

Do you mean that you can’t get a sample for the Zap with the new account? Are you seeing any error message there?

 

With Facebook integrations, a common issue is the permissions that are needed. Could you take a look at this steps in this help guide and make sure that you went through all of those for the second account?
