New Card in Trello is not triggering the Zap

For some reason,

New tasks aren’t showing up when created in Trello to pop up on my Click-Up board. It works during test, but there are two things that are happening:

I can’t seem to figure out the code/what I need to put so that the actual name of the tasks goes into ClickUp
It doesn’t come up when I’m creating a new task at all.

Does anyone know what’s happening?
