How to get all data from salesforce account irrespective of user accounts?

We have a Salesforce sub domain named "https://XXXX--uat.salesforce.com/" and we have more than 10 user accounts(suppose userA, userB, userC.........) for this. Now our requirement is to collect all the data which is inserted in the site.

To fetch all the data should we create 10 different zapier?

Or, Is there have any other way.

Please advice.

You won't need to create 10 separate Zapier accounts. You can connect as many user accounts as you want on the connections page here:

https://zapier.com/app/connections

Note that with Salesforce, a given user may only have 5 access tokens authorized for a given connected app. Since these are all separate users, this should be fine.
