Can you provide screenshots of how your GSheets action step is configured?

If there is not a timestamp provided from the trigger step of your Zap you can insert one: https://zapier.com/help/create/customize/insert-the-time-your-zap-runs-into-a-field

Troy, here is what I tried to setup just now 

It does not look like that is available to be selected, from Google Ads data being sent, so I went ahead and pasted it, is that what you suggested?

Is it possible to have that lead email go directly into Mailchimp as well?

Hi @mywebguytaylor 

Yes, you can add another step to the Zap to send the email to Mailchimp.

Use the Add/Update Subscriber action.

Mailchimp available triggers/actions/searches: https://zapier.com/apps/mailchimp/integrations#triggers-and-actions
