Hey there!

I'm working with a team member on a particular zap. I've shared the zap with him and he is able to view each step of the zap and turn the zap on and off as he pleases. But it doesn't seem he is able to make any changes. I just want to make sure there's not something I might be missing. As the Zap owner is there anything I might be able to do to let him a team member make changes to the zap?

Hey @jake_the_guy! Caleb here from the Support team.

When you can access a Zap but can't make changes, make sure that the connected account used for that step is shared with the user looking to make the edits. You can find the connected account in the Choose Account tab in that editor step, and then edit the permissions for the connection in your My Apps page on your Dashboard (https://zapier.com/app/connections). I hope that makes sense!

Please let me know if that works out and/or if you run into issues.

That does it! This won't be the last instance of obliviousness on my part, and for that, I'm sorry.

Thanks for your help, @calebgonzalez!
