I’m trying to make a zap where a new purchase order on xero is then added to my excel spreadsheet. Once I approve the Purchase order in xero it does not start the Zap? even though that is how its programmed. The only way i can get it to work is to make the zap start when a purchase order is saved as a draft, not when approved, which is an annoying way around things. How can I get it to work as intended?

FYI: Xero triggers are NOT instant, so depending on your Zapier plan those can take 1-15 minutes to trigger.
