Is there a free app aside from Mailchimp I can use in my workflow?

Hello there

 

I’m running a online shopping mall and tried making an automated process using Zapier as below. 

Step 1. A customer signs up for a through a chatbot(In this case Tidio)

Step 2. The customer contact information is saved on email marketing service(In this case Mailchimp)

Step 3. Mailchimp sends an welcome email to the customer

 

But I found that this is not possible due to several reasons; I’m using the free version of Mailchimp, etc

So is there a free app that can give shape to this? Or replace Mailchimp or Tidio

Hi @Harry Son!

I know that this would be possible using HubSpot, which is a CRM app. HubSpot does have free options, but I’m not sure what their limitations are. You would need to be able to create workflows in HubSpot. You can see the free tools available in HubSpot on their pricing page. 

I don’t know any free chatbot services personally, but perhaps one of our other members does :)
