Jotform to Zapier field transfer issue, data empty/partially missing.

I am having issues transferring fields from Jotform to Zapier.

 

I have created a form on Jotform that gathers data and inserts it into a html style email. See the photo

 

When I test the step in Zapier it works perfectly, however when I use the Jotform to complete this task, the data is empty/partially missing.

Hi @Mitora Marketing 

Good question.

To help you troubleshoot, check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

If you’ve relabeled a Jotform field, then you likely need to remap that field in the Zap.

Thanks for your response.

 

The DATA OUT from Jotform is displaying correctly -  It is receiving the data from Jotform in the right format and field names.

 

It’s really strange as when I test the zap as a draft, it works perfectly. It just doesnt seem to work when I use the jotform.
