IP address Issue

Hi guys Hope you having a nice day 

I’m new to zapier and so far I know how to use basic webhook and apps integration.

Lately I wanted to connect facebook leads form (ads) with sc4le network(affialite network) but the issue is that Sc4le blocks zapier IP address. I whitelisted Ip address that I got in zapier while sending test data to sc4le servers. 
 

But I came to know that zapier uses dynamic Ip address to execute workflows through different forum.
 

so I want to know if there is any way to make it work?
