I have created a new form in my wordpress and now I want to integrate it in my Zap. I follow all the steps but it cannot read my form and fields. Below you can find a screen recording of the issues I find during processing the steps. Please I am waiting for your help because my web in online and my forms are not effective. Thank you

Thanks for creating the video to show us your Zap, that’s really helpful!
I can see you added the webhook URL to your form settings but it doesn’t look like any submission was made to the form after that. So we can pick up the form and fields, we need a request to be sent to the webhook URL https://zapier.com/help/create/code-webhooks/trigger-zaps-from-webhooks#test-your-webhook
Can you try making a submission to your form, then go back to your Zap and request new test data on the webhook trigger? That should bring through the fields you need to continue setting up your Zap
