Hey guys, hope you are all doing good. I need to make a connection between Slack and a calendar software to reminder our editors.
Currently when we set a deadline for a video that has to be uploaded, we will need to send a message manually. What we want is the following
Slack message in private channel
1 day before deadline: Hey (name), please be aware that (task name) have to be finished by tomorrow.
Deadline day: Hey (name), please be aware that (task name) have to be uploaded today.
1 day after deadline: Hey (name), your task (task name) is overdue. Please upload it today and message me
It doesn’t really matter which program it is. I would prefer that it can read data from Google Spreadsheet so it’s easy to use.
