How do I create a filter for text that has more than a certain number of characters?

Hi,

 

I am trying to use Zapier so that SimpleTexting sends a message to users when the user texts us with a message that is more than 15 characters or so. I tried doing text is greater than 15, but that didn’t work.

 

I would appreciate the help!

Hi @cultivatecville 

Try using the Formatter > Text > Length option followed by a Filter step.

Try using the Formatter > Text > Length option followed by a Filter step.
