How do I identify new, or new versions of Filevine files, and create a duplicate copy of them in Dropbox?

I am trying to setup zaps to create folders, and then copy new or existing documents housed in Filevine and create a duplicate file in Dropbox. I have no issue with the folder creation, but cannot seem to generate a zap to 1. Identify new, or new versions of files, and 2. Create a duplicate copy in Dropbox.

Good question.

Does the FV Zap trigger/action you are using return file objects or file urls that are publicly accessible?
