Update Jira ticket State in the middle of Zap

Hello,

I am trying to create a Zap which will check if a technician is assigned to a Jira ticket, after x amount of time. I've got the logic down, but it seems like the Zap only retrieves data from Jira upon ticket creation. It does not look to refresh the data after the time delay, and relies on the original data provided.

Is there a way to get Zapier to update the data from the ticket before making the filtered evaluation? I need for it to check again to see if a technician is now assigned after the time delay

Please close the ticket. I found a work around by having the zap search for a "assigned" response in slack after the time limit finished
