Create pins in Pinterest from new Instagram media

hello,

i am trying to post my latest uploaded video posts on instagram to Pinterest.

I test the media link and it is valid the video can be opened in my browser

This zap should be for videos too it says media not pictures in the description.

Any tips for me ? Am i doing smth wrong? Help is appreciated.

Hi @Petud the Pinterest integration does not currently support creating a video pin, but it’s an existing feature request. I’ve gone ahead and added your vote for that. If/when it gets added, we’ll send you an email notification :)

Hey! Can you show a screenshot of the fields you’ve filled out for the last step of the zap, and perhaps a link to the image you are testing with? This will help us troubleshoot

I think, the main issue here is that Pinterest is expecting an image, and you are sending a video. Can you try again, but send an image this time instead?

I am putting an image instead of a video from my feed

But isn´t this supposed to work with videos too ?

This example may be a video, BUT it isnt working when I post on my Instagram feed with photos too.

Hello! One thing yo could try might be to re-set your Pinterest credentials, but sadly this might be one for support @loganguest

And how does one reach support? I have never been contacted after numerous times of requesting help through the “help me” section. Only thing I see is this community which requires seperate credentials from the account I need support on… Apparently Zapier likes automation a little too much.
