Hello, I want to use some custom fields in woocommerce data while creating salesorder. I created a custom field on Zoho. I have a map that can take this from woocommerc, but the custom fields I added to zoho do not appear in the zapier. how can we solve?

Hi @WeWALK ,

Checking back in to see how you got on with this configuration. Did Troy’s above suggestion do the trick?

If your custom fields are not appearing in the Zap Editor (simply not loading), you can try two things:

  1. Make sure your Zoho field-level permissions are toggled to be be “writable” vs “read only.”
  2. Reconnecting your account

Try clicking the Refresh Fields button at the bottom of the Zoho action step in the Zap and make sure it’s using the same Zoho Module that has the custom fields added.
