New user, please forgive my ignorance

New human here, lovely to meet you all.

I have developed a Zap that links our Pipedrive CRM to XERO and was wondering what I would need to do to apply this across the entire organisaton.

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Roadmap!

That’s actually a pretty common question, and not one that has a consistent answer. Different apps will treat this differently, and it may even depend on the particular trigger.

The best way to know for sure, honestly, would be to test it out with your Zap by turning it on and having the authenticated user trigger the Zap and also someone else try. My guess is that you’ll need to connect separate accounts, but I know Pipedrive has a lot of triggers in their integration, so maybe some of the filter-related ones can work with other Pipedrive users.

Hi @Roadmap! When you say that you need to apply it across the organization can you tell us a bit more about what you mean? Do you mean that people in your organization have different  Pipedrive accounts?

Hi @Danvers ,

Each user has their own account. I was wondering if the ZAP only works across the entire organisation or would i need to set up an new Zapier account for each user.
