How can I position the newly created row in Google Sheets at the bottom of the spreadsheet?

Hello community!

I’m building an automation between Jira and Google sheet in order to creare a row for each issue created (in Jira).

My question regards where the new row will be addend in the google sheet, I would like it was placed at the bottom of the last filled row, instead it is added at the top (see red and green arrow below).

Is there a setting to have contro where the row is added?

Thank you!
Daniele

Hi @Daniele!

The Google Sheets action Create Spreadsheet Row will add the row to the first blank row in the sheet. This is generally the bottom of the sheet, but if your sheet is set up so that there are gaps/blank rows further up, the Zap will add the information there.

From your screenshot, it doesn’t look like you have a blank row, but can I just double check that isn’t the case? Thanks!
