I have several users and teams on my Calendly Account. I user Zapier and have a zap for my scheduled appointments to create a row in Excel to keep track. However, it tracks ALL appointments for ALL users and teams. I want the teams and users to be separate but I do not see an option on Zapier to custom the zaps by team, it pulls in all appointments for all users/teams. My goal is to create multiple excel tracker sheets for different teams and users. Ex. Tracker Sheet For Team 1, Team 2, User 1, User 2 etc.

Inside the zap editor, test the trigger to pull through some sample data from Calendly. Is there a field in the data that indicates which team the appointment is for?
If so, you can add a ‘Filter’ step, and create a zap for each team - using the filter to make sure each zap only runs appointments for a single team.
