Situation as follows…
Email comes in
Email contains certain phase
Now I want a zap triggered and that email forwarded to another email.
I have no issue setting up the first and second part. I can easily filter for the phase but my issue is how do I get zap to forward that email to another email?

In the meantime, Troy’s suggestion of using a Gmail Send Email action and selecting the values from the trigger step to create the email to be sent to another email address would be a good workaround to try! 🙂
