Need to Automate an email being generated via Elliot to trigger a 2nd email

Hi Y'all,

Right now, Elliot is generating an automated email that is Elliot specific, but I want to send a 2nd email with it that is specific to the business to help avoid any confusion to the businesses logging in.

I'd like to trigger the email, once the Elliot email is sent. Is there a way to do this? The elliot email is triggered off a "send" button not sure if that help though!

    Question - when Elliot sends out the email to the customer, does it (or can it) CC you a copy?
