Stopped Zap: Square + Zoom

Hi,

 

I have successfully created a zap from square to zoom however it is not working. In my tasks history it is saying “stopped”. Please help!

Hi there!

In your Task History page can you click into that item to see the details of why that task was stopped? There will typically be some sort of message in a yellow or red box, for halted and errored, respectively.

In some cases, there will even be a link to a help doc that explains what the message means. Could you check on that and then send a reply here with a screenshot?
