QuoteRoller trigger "Proposal Accepted" is the only trigger that would make sense

Hello!

I was trying to connect QuoteRoller with HelloSign or other convenient online document signature service. I want my client’s to sign the proposal when they want to accept it. There is no such trigger available when I try to connect QuoteRoller through zapier. Please suggest if there is any way to achieve this through Zapier or any other platforms.

Thanks.

Hi @SJ Innovation LLC Could you use the New note trigger for Quote Roller? So when you know that a client wants to sign the agreement, you add a specific note to the Proposal, which would trigger the Zap.

You could then add a Filter step in the Zap so that it only continues if the note says ‘Client ready to sign’ (or whatever you want). Then you can add the HelloSign action. Does that sound like it would do what you’re looking for?
