Google Doc to google sheet

Hi, 

I have a google doc and different questions in it. 

 

I would like to extract each google doc into the google sheet. But I also want that each answer of each question goes in a specific row. So I could have a board with all the answers of all the docs. 

 

Is it possible ? I just arrived to do that but it goes only in one row not separatly, with questions and answers.

 

Can you help me ?

I recommend considering the Google Sheets step Create Spreadsheet Row(s) to see if the outcome is fitting.
