I am creating a zap to put a new lead into command with a form. I wanted to see if there was any way to add other data pieces: Such as notes. Right now all i can do is name, phone, email, address.

I see. Thanks for confirming. I can’t see a public API for them, so you’d be limited to the app’s options. My recommendation here would be to message the company and explain to them your needs. They may be able to update their Zapier integration for you to add these fields, or better still - make their API public so you can make custom calls.

Hello! Can you give us more information about what Command is? The only app I can see in Zapier is “Keller Williams Command” - Is this correct? If not - can you send a link to the app you are talking about please?
