Getting “Unable to create channel” error from Microsoft Teams

I am getting the following error when attempting to launch 

 

Unable to create channel: A team owner must install the Zapier app from the Teams store to use this feature, then reconnect your Microsoft account in Zapier.

 

I am the owner of the Team in question. I have linked Zapier with my Teams account and installed it into the Team I’m attempting to create a channel in.

 

Zapier lists that team as a valid choice (it does NOT say zapier needs to be installed into the team as it does on all my other teams listed)

Did you install it and test if you can post then?

Install what to where? In my OP I said I installed Zapier to the Team in question… what else can I install and to where else?
