Connecting two different production salesforce organisations

I am helping a couple of NGOs.  One needs to be able to refer a case (beneficiary) from it’s salesforce to the salesforce organisation of the other beneficiary.

When I try to add a second Production salesforce account in order to build the zap to enable this, It always takes me immediately to the login for the 1st production account/ organisation.

 

Has anybody successfully been able to add 2 different Salesforce production accounts (different salesforce organisations?)

Hi @hkstreety! This can sometimes happen with apps that remember your log in (eg if you can open the app in another tab and it remembers that you’re logged in). 

 

What usually works in these cases is if you open an incognito window in your web browser, open Zapier and try again to connect the second log in. Could you give that a go and let us know if it works 🙂
