Capturing past data using a new workglow

How can I backdate a new workflow created? For example new workflow created has triggered an event and a set of data has been passed from one source system to CRM.

If I wish for the same workflow to be initiated on past source data, and not just future data, how can I set the workflow to pull past data for the last 30 days from source system?

Hi @Chinasa Uyanna Thanks for your question!

It’s not possible for a Zap to find previous data and trigger on that - Zaps only work from new data, sorry about that! If you’re able to pull the data from the last 30 days out of the source system and into a csv file, we do have a guide on how to create an import using Google Sheets and Zapier. This help guide outlines how to do that.

Hi @Danvers - Thanks for the guide. We are attempting to integrate data from Slack, so I will check if there is a way via slack that I can extract the list of users.
