This is what I am trying to do, create an appointment in acuity that includes mileage. This isn’t possible on acuity (from what I can tell) but I have a zap that updates our client database when someone books, so I am wondering if I can have a zap create an invoice that adds the mileage for an appointment.
Currently we use paypal to invoice.
Does anyone have any experience setting something like this up?
I appreciate any tips!

If by chance that Acuity isn’t giving you that option, you can check out our Scheduling apps here that work with Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/scheduling - I like Calendly for flexibility.
