We used Mobile Monkey to get attributes such as Name, Phone, Email, and the answers to our questions but only the AdSet Name and Campaign Name are the things that we can't find a way to get when we get inboxes from Facebook Ads Messenger.

I think you’re referring to Facebook Lead Ads, correct? If so, can you make sure you’re pulling in a real lead when you test the trigger step? You can use the testing tool, as described here. If you’re using the dummy data that Facebook provides, you likely won’t get AdSet name and Campaign Name.
Would you mind giving that a shot to see if it gets you the fields you need?
