Question

ZAP is held

Hello everyone! 

I’m on a free plan in Zapier! When I created my second ZAP, it won’t work, saying it is “held”.

As far as I understand, I should be able to create 5 ZAP-s with the free plan. Am I wrong?

    Hi @bombear! From the image that you’ve included, it looks like just 1 task is being held, not the whole Zap. The Zap should still run, even though that task is Held.

     

    If you go to the task history for the Zap, you’ll see which task is held and can choose whether or not you would like to run it. You can see the task history for the Zap by clicking on the down arrow after the on/off toggle switch and selecting ‘Task history’
