I am also facing problem in importing whole sheet, no option for it. only options new records.

On the whole Zapier isn’t designed for importing data - it’s more helpful for creating workflows (eg when x happens in this app, do y in that app)
That said, there are a couple of ways that you can import data (in small amounts). This help guide explains how you can do that: Bulk import data into Zaps
